Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow reasonable processing time before your order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order is transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Redshirt Golf is not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

If your package appears to have been lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@playredshirtgolf.com and we will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Redshirt Golf is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
