Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

The Redshirt Golf Scotty Cameron Phantom 9.2R Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Redshirt Brands LLC, doing business as Redshirt Golf (“Sponsor”), located at 3058 Charyn Way, New Braunfels, Texas, 78132.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shopify, or Scotty Cameron.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any person who does not meet these requirements.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Scotty Cameron Phantom 9.2R putter.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $595.

The prize is nontransferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion or where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and any other costs not expressly described as included in the prize.

5. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter during the Sweepstakes Period through the official giveaway page at https://playredshirtgolf.com/pages/win-a-scotty-cameron-phantom-92r.

Free Entry: Complete and submit the giveaway entry form by providing a valid email address and phone number. This entry is free. Consent to receive promotional emails or text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Additional Free Entry Opportunities: Participants may earn one (1) additional entry for completing the Instagram follow action and one (1) additional entry for completing the TikTok follow action displayed on the official SweepWidget giveaway page, subject to verification and the limits in these Official Rules.

Purchase-Based Entries: Subject to applicable law, participants may receive one (1) entry for every $10 spent on eligible Redshirt Golf merchandise during the Sweepstakes Period. Eligible purchase amounts will be calculated based on the merchandise amount actually paid, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, and canceled orders. Fractional entries, if any, will be handled according to the purchase-entry settings disclosed on the giveaway page. Purchases are not required to enter or win.

All entries must be received before the Sweepstakes Period ends. Entries generated by scripts, bots, duplicate accounts, or other automated or deceptive means are void.

6. Free Alternative Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Eligible participants may enter for free by submitting their email address and phone number through the Redshirt Golf giveaway entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

This free entry method awards one (1) standard entry per eligible participant, subject to the entry limits in these Official Rules. Participants are not required to purchase any product, subscribe to marketing communications, or consent to receive promotional emails or text messages to enter or win.

The free entry method is available throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted through the free entry method will be included in the random drawing, subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements applicable to all entries.

7. Entry Limits and Verification

The entry limits for each method are as follows:

• Free giveaway form: One (1) entry per eligible participant during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Instagram follow action: One (1) additional entry per eligible participant for completing the Instagram follow action, subject to verification.
• TikTok follow action: One (1) additional entry per eligible participant for completing the TikTok follow action, subject to verification.
• Eligible purchases: One (1) entry per $10 spent on eligible merchandise, subject to the purchase calculation described in Section 5 and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated on the giveaway page, there is no additional maximum entry limit for eligible purchase-based entries. Sponsor may verify purchases and may exclude canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

Participants must use a valid email address and provide accurate information. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated beyond the permitted limits, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes will be final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about December 1, 2026. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided during entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification unless a different period is required by law. Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release where legally permitted, and any required tax documentation.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity and Personal Information

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, and perform related operational functions, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive promotional emails or text messages is optional and is not a condition of entry or winning. Participants who provide marketing consent may withdraw it in accordance with the applicable consent terms and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Any use of a winner's name, likeness, or other identifying information for promotional purposes will occur only as permitted by applicable law and any required consent.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other events that compromise its integrity or proper operation, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law. If terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, where legally permissible.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries, technical failures, internet or platform outages, or other problems beyond its reasonable control.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, members, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable federal law and any nonwaivable rights under applicable state law.

Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

By entering, each participant releases these platforms from responsibility for the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law. Participants must comply with the terms and policies of any platform used to complete an entry action.
